Amazon’s fuel and logistics surcharge for FBA orders across ten European marketplaces will rise from 1.5% to 2% on November 2, 2026, according to Chuhaiwang. The change affects orders in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Ireland and Belgium.

The increase is 0.5 percentage points, or one-third of the previous surcharge rate. For cross-border sellers using FBA in the affected marketplaces, it means a higher surcharge on eligible orders and adds to fulfillment costs.

The effect on an individual seller’s costs will depend on the charges to which the surcharge applies and the volume of affected orders. Its effect on margins will also depend on whether sellers absorb the additional expense or adjust their prices. Further details on how the surcharge is applied will be important when assessing the cost of individual orders.
